• The Operations & Maintenance head is responsible for developing plan for preventive and predictive maintenance for all machines / electrical equipment’s.
• The role holder is responsible for overseeing machine availability, machine upgrades and maintenance activities.
• The role holder is also responsible for conducting machine audits.
• The role holder is also responsible for reviewing and monitoring project / maintenance expense budget and ensure adherence to budgetary allocations and optimize costs.
• Overseeing and ensuring adherence to safety, quality and ISO regulations, supervising and managing operations / maintenance team for respective plant is critical for the role.

• He / She is also responsible for developing and implementing project plan / schedule (mechanical, electrical & electronics).
• The role holder is also responsible for managing installation and setup of new machinery / equipment for the respective plants.

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• B.Sc Chemistry / Rubber / Polymer Technology
• 1 to 2 years of experience in handling quality in rubber processing / tyre manufacturing industry.
